So not only do you have exicted people who know about Felicity and have money to burn, you've got people who have never seen Lissie before so there is the allure of not only Elizabeth being brand new, you have Felicity being almost new, and potentually a movie, and course reintroductions, so the way I see it sales will go through the roof.

I agree that Kaya's popularity waned...she was new and now Nellie is new. Sometimes there is the excitement of buying something new; I bought Nellie right when she was online and quickly realized the mistake. I just didn't care for her or her face mold...I think they should have left it for Josefina as well.

My hubster recently bought me Kaya and I am glad. She was one doll that I missed and I really liked her stories. Melissa described how girls like to play with the accessories that they are familiar with and that most of Kaya's and Felicity's things were unfamiliar to most children. I spent a lot of time as a kid with Samantha wrapped in a rabbit hide pretending she was in the woods. So, I really like Kaya.

At this point, I'd be very upset if they put any other dolls in the shadows like they have done with Lissie and I hope that Miss Merriman will eventually emerge into the catalog again.
